FDE — AI Business Redesign

Rebuild the work.

We don't add AI. We redesign the workflow itself, with AI at its foundation.

Problem

Most teams are just bolting AI onto existing work.

Belief

Work without AI is no
longer needed.

What we do

• 01

Workflow redesign

Map the current work, surface processes lacking AI, and rebuild from zero.

• 02

Requirements

Ask deeply why we're building. Reverse-engineer from the reason it must exist.

• 03

Implementation

Build with AI operations as the premise. A foundation that runs with very few people.

• 04

Not just delivery. We stay until the team can improve the new way of working themselves.

Vision

A world where AI-native work is
simply the default.

Rebuild the work.
